Group Rules and Guidelines
Although we generally believe and build our group on a mutual understanding of respect and common sense, we understand that certain aspects within a community require some specification. Please think about how other people in the group may feel about certain behaviour and ask yourself if you would like other people to treat you the same way.
Don't be an asshole. Please behave and respect your fellow members. If someone voices their discomfort regarding a certain topic of a conversation, please follow their request and change the subject or take it to DMs.

Don't harass, pester or call other members names. If we catch members harassing others we will take appropriate action.
All mentions of pedophilia, incest, bestiality, necrophilia, sexual abuse and fetishism is strictly prohibited. Members ignoring this rule WILL be terminated from the group. Sexual topics may be discussed in our NSFW channel on discord, but must still follow these rules. Exposing minors to detailed sexual topics won't be tolerated.

Similarly any type of sexual content is prohibited from being submitted to the group on DeviantArt. Other sensitive content, such as gore, may be submitted to the group as long as the appropriate filters are applied to the submission.
This group operates on a trust system - we expect to see members follow it truthfully. If we catch anyone trying to cheat the system, we'll issue a warning. Further breaches of trust will result with you being put on watch, requiring mod approval on ALL your submissions to the group.

This especially applies to, but is not limited to, the application of traits, counting of experience, or bond tracking.
Please do NOT delete or edit messages in the [ Activities ] channel category. These channels are logged, and staff will be immediately notified. Unless you want to receive a warning, please don't. Editing or deleting messages in other channels is allowed but please don't abuse this trust to hide any possible rule breaks.
Due to the group relying on the use of spreadsheets, all members are required to use them. By extension, all members must also own a Google account, as you need one to create your own, editable copies of spreadsheets. Staff will always be available to help members with handling their spreadsheets, of course!

Furthermore, we expect members to be capable of trying to find answers to their questions themselves, before asking the staff team for help.
We understand that a lot of people may have negative feelings towards other groups or users on DeviantArt, but we do not support any name calling, bashing or otherwise negative mentions of them within our group! We strive to create a positive environment that anyone can feel comfortable in, meaning that if all you have to contribute to the group is negativity, this simply is not the place for you to be at the moment.
Additionally we do not provide a rant channel on our discord to further avoid negativity, even if unrelated to the topic mentioned above. Please resort to venting to your friends or other servers.
